Lever Action Carbine Winchester Mod. 1894, cal. 30-30 win.
Designed by John Browning and produced by Winchester since 1894, the 1894 model was the first rifle to adopt (in 1895) the 30-30 Winchester caliber, historically becoming the lever-action carbine par excellence.
Produced for over a century in over 7.5 million units, its popularity was so great that all lever action rifles commonly took the name of "Winchester".
The model here presented is in excellent mechanical and functional condition, not used by the previous owner, and it has some oxidations in the upper part of the receiver(see pics).
The year of production is 1972.
Barrel and mechanics are like new, as the woods that is in excellent condition.
