Federal Ordnance Ranger 1911A1 G.I. pistol, cal. 45
The Federal Ordnance Ranger 1911A1 GI was manufactured from 1988 to 1992 as clone of the Colt 1911A1 Gov't Model.
It consisted of all-steel construction with a 5" barrel, 7-shot magazine and checkered walnut grips.
The 1911A1 GI model is chambered in .45 ACP caliber, but due to some old Italian legal restrictions, it was introduced in the Italian market as a 45 hp caliber.
This model has the Italian Proof Marks of the year 1991.
Very good general condition.
Note of interest: it originally belonged to one of the most important and mourned shooting experts of the Ragusa area.
