M48A Jugoslav K98 Mauser, Preduzece 44, cal. 8x57js.
The rifle has the Jugoslav Crest on the cartdrige chamber with the model name M48A and the "Preduzece 44" name on the left side ("Preduzece 44" was the Number 44 factory in Kragujevac, Serbia, the current location of Zastava Arms).
The Cyrillic acronmy FNRJ (Federated People's Republic of Yugoslavia) marked on the left side of receiver ring means that it was made between 1953-1963.
Our rifle is in very good general condition, with a good barrel where the gauge 7.93 mm passes inside it but not the 7,94 mm.
