Pattern 1914 made by Remington, 303 british caliber. 

Produced in 1916 by the Remington Arms Company, located in Bridgeport (Connecticut), this rifle has the bolt and the stock matching the serial numbers of the receiver and the Remington markings on the trigger, the magazine box, inside the trigger-guard and in the front face of the stock.

The rear sight is made by Winchester and its serial number is 200822. 

The barrel, dated '16, is in very good conditions, has 5 grooves, and a bright bore.

The P14 rifle was designed by the British, but its production was commissioned to the American Remington, Winchester and Eddystone companies, for their capacity to make larger quantities.

The rifle shown on this page was made in 1916 by the Remington Arms in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
