Military equipment for the M1 carbine produced by W.R. Case & Sons in 1944/45.
In very good condition, it comes with the original M8A1 cabbard manufactured and marked by the Beckwith Manufacturing Company.
It features the engraved "Flamming bomb" military stamp and "U.S. M4 CASE".
First version with handle made with pressed leather discs and phosphated finish.
Total length 29.7 cm, blade 17.2 cm.
